World-wide installation and service

Installation and  service/maintenance is provided world-wide in all major seaports, either by certified engineers from the Telemar Group companies,or via one of our carefully selected partners. Telemar’s well-established and world spanning network is servicing Satcom, GMDSS, Broadband Equipment and Navigation Electronics onboard more than 2.000 ships.

 

24/7 helpdesk and support

Telemar provides a 24/7 help-desk and 1st line support to all SeaCall VSAT customers. The help-desk is co-located with Telemar’s Network Operations Centre (NOC) and can be reached either via telephone or e-mail.

 

The NOC is manned by highly qualified engineers who can almost instantly solve issues related to the satellite network,the IP infrastructure in the network and configurations.

 

Matters to do with equipment problems are transferred to the Service & Maintenance department of Telemar Scandinavia.
